There is lots of free software available on the Internet today. Following is a selection available from Google:

Google Maps
Millions of people search Google Maps every day. You can help customers find you by creating a free listing on Google Maps. Use the Local Business Centre on http://maps.google.co.uk/ to create your free listing. When potential customers search Maps for local information, they will find your business: your address, hours of operation, even photos of your shop front or products. If you have a website, you can copy the map code to the contact webpage.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics allows you to track statistics relating to your website namely:

Number of visitors to your website

How they reached your site, via referral sites (this will help you to

determine if it is worth continuing to advertise on a particular web

directory), Google search or entered your website directly

Approximate location of visitors

How long they spent visiting your site and which pages were viewed

The statistics can be saved to a .pdf file
It is easy to implement. All you need to do is paste the Google Analytics tracking code into each webpage on your website and tracking begins immediately. More information can be found on http://www.google.com/analytics/features.html.

Google Pack
The Google Pack provides you with a list of free software to download. The software is not a trial version; however, you may find that the software may not include all the features that are available on the full product release. Software includes:
Google Earth, Norton Security Scan (free detection updates), Google Desktop, Picasa (to manage and edit photos) and Skype. The software pack is available on http://pack.google.com.
