There is no charge for an initial meeting to discuss your requirements.

You only pay for the hours worked. Because of the variety of work undertaken and the length of time we work with each client, each service contract will be priced on an individual basis. We can also agree a fixed fee for one off projects, for example creating a Website.

A detailed time sheet is provided with each invoice.

All work completed at our ‘Virtual Office’ will be returned to you by e-mail, CD/DVD or post. Or delivered by hand to businesses local to Frome St Quintin.

The full list of terms & conditions are detailed in our ‘standard terms and conditions for supply of services’ document which will be supplied before work commences or we can work to your standard terms & conditions by prior agreement.

Confidentiality is taken very seriously. All work is treated in the strictest confidence, and when working from our ‘Virtual Office’ it will be retained only for as long as is necessary.
