There is no charge/fee for an initial meeting to discuss your requirements.
You only pay for the hours worked. Because of the variety of work undertaken and the length of time we work with our customers, each service contract is priced on an individual basis. We can also agree fixed rates for one-off projects for example creating/updating a Website, updating a spreadsheet or mail shots. A time sheet is provided with each invoice.
All work completed at our ‘Virtual Office’ will be returned to you by e-mail, CD/DVD or post. Or, delivered by hand to businesses and individuals local to Frome St Quintin.
Confidentiality is taken very seriously. All work is treated in the strictest confidence, and when working from our ‘Virtual Office’ it will be retained only for as long as is necessary.
